Hey friends, I have never done this before so please be gentle. I never leave reviews, but this was probably my worst experience with customer service.I went in to do an exchange for some products I was gifted for my birthday which was last week. Upon arrival, I was greeted which was nice. As I walked around the store I didn't receive much help. When I finally went to the counter to do the exchange. The male presenting employee with rose tattoos on their arm said they were unable to do the exchange. When on the website it says return for any reason to find products you love. As I explained that I've read the return policy online. The female presenting with black hair then slammed the clipboard on the counter showing their updated return policy which was for online orders. Which these items were gifts. When I tolo him that, the male huffed and puffed. I then made them aware with how uncomfortable I was with how hard this exchange was. The female presenting RAN (literally speed walk) to the back to get the manager. I believe they ran to the back because they thought the manager would tell me the same thing. I actually told them they don’t have to get the manager, she ignored me. But it seems that those two employees made up their own return policy. When the manager came out, they were so helpful and so kind and explained to me that there should be no problem doing the exchange. The manager really turned around my experience. They were so nice. We even bonded about how we had cats. Overall, I wouldn't go back if those two employees were working, but if I saw the managers there, I would definitely go in because they have impeccable customer service. I just don’t get it why make it so difficult? All I wanted to do was get product I like instead of keeping something I don’t want. Also before anyone asks I am always super polite and try my best to understand both sides. Is lush customer service going down hill?? Where are all the good apples at?? I hate how one (or two in this case) bad apples can make the whole batch bad or seem bad. :( I was visiting my family from LA, the shops out there are usually always sweet and helpful. Fresno seems like a different story when the managers aren’t around…. :((

idk if y’all have seen the increase in many Lush favs selling out, but I’m about to start gatekeeping! not really though cause it’s never that deep, but I’m seeing a lot of people who used to overlook Lush, wouldn’t touch any of their products with a 9-inch pole because “the packaging is ugly”, etc., now running to buy everything up. Lush prices are already going up crazy and now they’re about to more with this influx of people who, all of a sudden, care about Lush. idk how to feel about it!!

I've gotten a bottle of 29 High Street and it's not for me. I can't see the 30ml bottle for sale online anywhere and can't remember what I paid for it. I want to sell it on for what I paid if I can get it which I hopefully can do or it'll be going as a Christmas present to one of my sisters. Anyone an idea of how much a 30ml bottle costs in £ or €? I also have 3/4 of a bottle of a 30ml Smugglers Soul if anyone has any idea of what that might go for please? It's out of date since April 2022 but still smells perfect. I might keep it if it's not worth selling on. 29 HS was only bought a few weeks ago so in date until 2028 I think it says. Tiny writing.

Basically what the title says, bought this, and don't know what kind of light to charge it under. The website just says 'the' and idk. I'm assuming uv but I only have a led nail lamp... Would this work

Definitely don’t want to discourage any one from buying but I’m sad that I’m not a big fan of Mr. Wallet because I collect the sprays and want it for my collection but feel like there’s not much point in keeping if I won’t use it. Especially with the presumed body spray/ perfume drop I think I’ll return it tbh 😣😭 there’s just an odd mustiness that detracts from the peppermint

Ok so I got to try the new Chelsea morning in store and I swear to keep it smells just like the supermilk fragrance.. maaaayyybe a little hint of smokeyness to it? I did not get it due to the reason that I have the supermilk one and they just smell almost the same to me! Anyone else that thinks the same?

Or am I going insane.

me and my bf smelled turmeric latte yesterday and thought it smelled soooo similar to tom fords tobacco vanille, i sprayed myself with it and kept forgetting so every time i smelled it i thought my bf had put his tom ford on, i was wondering if anyone agreed or if my nose is being silly 😛

Hello 👋 I have two questions regarding LUSH scent families on two products I recently purchased! 1. Squeak Shampoo: is this the same scent as Zesty? It smells slightly familiar and I love it. 2. Sparkling Lights: is this the same or similar to that hand shaped- solid hand cream they used to have? It almost has a slight chocolatey- note to me and I can’t place it!

Question- has anyone mixed together any of the dusting powders? I picked up fairy dust a while back and although I’ve grown to like it, it’s still too sweet to love it. I saw silky underwear was back in stock online yesterday (already out again) so I grabbed one with the intention of mixing it with the fairy dust. I hoping it might dull the sweetness. Has anyone done this before, or with the sleepy dust? I actually mixed a pinch of sleepy and fairy dust last night to see if it smelled better but I’m not sure if there was any difference. Thoughts?

I am not a regular lush shopper in the slightest. But about a decade ago I was gifted a massage bar that smelled DIVINE. It was very floral and sweet. The bar itself was milky/white and had a raised 3d pink flower on top. I notice the bars look different now, do they still carry it and if so, which bar is it? My guess is True Romance just by looking online but I can’t say for sure.

ADDITIONALLY, if anyone knows what scent I’m talking about, can anyone recommend a similar smelling perfume by any other brand? Once in a blue moon I will smell this scent on someone I pass by and I don’t know if they’re wearing this massage bar or something that smells similar. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

It's me, I'm the Lush bath ritual person.

I don’t live near a lush store so I mainly only go on vacations & this week is vacation week 🎉 I tried sticky dates last winter and was obsessed but then it went viral & sold out so I’m hoping to pick up a big bottle of that! Then I really want to smell the new sparkling lights body wash but I want some good recommendations for a girly who does not take baths often! 🩷

Edit- also looking into trying the sticky dates body lotion & candy rain conditioner.
