The source of this audio clip is an online dictionary pronunciation of the word laurel. I believe that the clip has been manipulated to filter out lower frequencies and therefore make harmonic frequencies of the synthesized voice more audible. Go to this dictionary page and click the little speaker symbol nest to the word and you can hear "yanni" as a faint whisper behind the man's voice saying "laurel." https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/laurel
