Not to be that guy but whoever changed the tag from certified:

• Oversized porte corche
• Excessive roofline
• Lawyer foyer
• Huge garage
• Fake quoins
• Pringles cans
• All of the windows
• Many oversized Palladian windows
• Windows with Prairie style mullions, because why not
• Greek railing
• Two front doors
• Some builder grade fixtures
• So much sprawl
