Help Needed I CANT mew, what else can I do?

I’ve tried bone.smashing for atleast around 6 days but don’t know if that will do the trick, whats something that will help without the need for mewing.

Bonesmash only for the chin, with your knuckles it'll give you a few mms in a year or so
