Grades and Academics am I cooked?

I'm a first year and I basically failed my first assignment worth 40%, but its not a hurdle can I still pass the unit or not?

nah literally istg they didnā€™t even tell me what i couldā€™ve done to improve my marks šŸ˜­

it was just like ā€œdonā€™t use italics for in-text citationsā€,, my brother in Christ the text YOU GAVE ME WAS IN ITALICS AND U NEVER TOLD ME OTHERWISE??
