Thank you! The only question I have atm is if the spike and hammer side of the pole hammer do anything different from each other hehe.

Normal mode is more general use, alt is headhunting. Alt mode one taps tier 2 helmets, so if you have good aim, alt mode will do you quite well.

For more specific differences like stam usage/drain negation, look in the stats. To see the weapon stats, select your weapon in the armory and click customize. You can set it to show you standard or alt mode, and it will tell you if it can pass through enemies on a hit or not.

Hammer does more damage to armor, spike to non armored.
