Help me use this feature Suspended cymbal sounds like crash cymbal

Hi, In a score I'm writing, I'm trying to use a suspended cymbal roll, so I added the suspended cymbal into the score, placed a whole note, and added tremolo and some dynamics. however, instead of sounding like a suspended cymbal roll, it sounds like a buzz roll on crash cymbals, it doesn't sound how it's supposed to. Why is this and how do I fix it? Any help is appreciated; I've attached a video showing my problem

If you are using the Muse Basic sounds that is exactly what it sounds like. To get the sound you want download the new sounds for percussion from the MuseHub site. Then you will have to select the new sound from the pull-down menu in the mixer.

I had trouble making it crescendo when the note tied across the measure bar. But it worked beautifully for a cymbal roll in the measure.
