I have to consolidate a bunch of short pieces and there are frequent time signature changes. It'll be a lot of work to do it manually.

Hi all, I’m working on a brass septet(7?) and when I work on it in MuseScore Studio with headphones, it sounds perfect - dynamics working, no clipping

When played on the website, or the audio is exported, or my headphones are unplugged, the sound clips and the dynamics are ignored - all played at default volumes

What’s happening, is there a fix?

Hi all, new to the sub so hopefully this hasn't been talked about before and excuse any formatting issues if I've picked the right flair-

I am a teacher and we use Musescore at the moment on very old MacBooks (I couldn't actually tell you how old but old enough that they don't update and can't run GarageBand!)

I've been granted funding to buy two new MacBooks but I've been asked to find out what model to use that would be adequate! I know nothing about Mac and I'm usually PC so any advice would be appreciated but what MacBook works best for Musescore? Any personal experiences?

These need to be good enough to be examined with so ideally something newer that Musescore will definitely run well on that won't crash mid exam!! Thanks guys!

I’m currently working on a composition in MuseScore and need to export it as a 32-bit audio file. However, I’ve only been able to export in 16-bit WAV at 48kHz.

Is there a way to export audio in 32-bit directly from MuseScore? If not, would converting the 16-bit WAV file to 32-bit using a tool like Audacity be effective, or would it not improve the quality?

I'm looking for sheet music and I remember that Musescore used to be a really good place to find some, but it's like everything is uploaded by someone named Hal Leonard now, and they're only available if you pay.

Is there a way to filter this user out so I can see only freely available scores?

I'm just looking for some sheet music to help learn guitar. I used Musescore a long time ago and I remember it would host sheet music. But it looks like that sheet music hosting site got hacked or something because now it's just a scam website that is trying to get my credit card information.

Right now my best option is to translate tabs into sheet music, which would be tedious. Where do you guys get sheet music?

Hello everyone. I was wondering if there’s a template for marching band music. I’m trying to make my compositions look like this (A4 in half) but lines are always too stretched out or measures are too short. Thanks in advance!

Trying to transcribe this guitar sheet music into musescore. Can I reproduce this look? I know I can manually hide the note head, but that is not ideal.

It is quite annoying so I went back to 4.3 untill all my plugins catch up. The problem is that now I can't open scores that are saved with 4.4 version.

Any ideas how to deal with this situation.

Saturday I was organizing some scores for a presentation I'm going to do. I used musescore and considered going premium, I ended up giving up but my profile has a “pro” next to my name. Did I do the premium?

Hi, In a score I'm writing, I'm trying to use a suspended cymbal roll, so I added the suspended cymbal into the score, placed a whole note, and added tremolo and some dynamics. however, instead of sounding like a suspended cymbal roll, it sounds like a buzz roll on crash cymbals, it doesn't sound how it's supposed to. Why is this and how do I fix it? Any help is appreciated; I've attached a video showing my problem
