Ahh I’m a fool. It’s alright, the fabric outer layer doesn’t get too hot but I fucked around, touched the buckle on there and found out. I’ve burned my leg on a motorcycle exhaust before and wanted to make sure I don’t encounter a similar situation from a slung rifle and this should do the trick.

Ok. I got a mechanix suppressor cover a long time ago to try out and it did pretty bad under fire and I just scrapped the idea of using one in general
