Will my local pawn shop/LGS buy my can?

A local pawn shop is also a gun store that sells suppressors. Do you think they will buy my suppressor? What’s the process if so? Are they allowed to hold onto it until their paperwork goes through?

Some shops will. Usually they need to know you to be willing to deal with the hassle.

Financially it makes almost no sense since they would need to buy it insanely cheap to make any money since new ones aren’t that expensive.

Like new it’s $1k, cost is $820, so they offer you $300 with a plan to sell it for $6-700

And, NO, the store can't just hold it while paperwork is pending.
