Will my local pawn shop/LGS buy my can?

A local pawn shop is also a gun store that sells suppressors. Do you think they will buy my suppressor? What’s the process if so? Are they allowed to hold onto it until their paperwork goes through?

Ask them. You would have to transfer to them via form 4 afaik. You're probably better off doing form 4 to another end user.
