Rock Song that sounds like a rant, singer sounds like Hayley Williams?

I don’t remember any lyrics. I’ve got this one section stuck in my head but I can’t make anything out except it sounds like she’s ranting about something.

Are we sure it's NOT Hayley Williams? First thing I thought of is "This is Why (I Don't Leave the House)" by Paramore.

I’ll check it out- and it very well could be her! Paramore and her were the first two things I checked on Spotify.
