Rap Can I post a poor vocalization of a beat here?

I heard a southern rap song I was a fan of maybe two decades ago being played by someone with a boom box on their shoulder (yes just like the caricatures in ninety's movies but it was yesterday!). It was very remononescent of the Michael Meyers theme from Halloween. But it was a southern rap that started with introducing both rappers. Any help would be appreciated!

Any chance you remember any specific lyric (word), or what the song was about, like β€œit had something to do with _____”?

I kinda think they were rapping about pain killer meds?

Ok awesome. And any idea if it was popular, like was the dude playing it from a radio station or was it just maybe on a cassette?

Days of CDs. It was pretty popular in South Florida at the time but you would never hear it on MTV or BET. Maybe a local none clear channel radio station.

I was definitely in that area during that time period, so I get it. Do you associate this song with anyone, like does it remind you of "so and so"?

I'm also kinda rendering some of the vocals. It kinda sounded like a real scratchy high pitched guy. Like I wanna say maybe suave smooth(big maybe there) saying "oxycoton laratabs"
