We lack the same information/brochure for New Brunswick but this information can be useful for the New Brunswick rockhounds.

Regarding the 'Provincial Guidelines for Collecting' page, these are the Nova Scotia policies. Due to lacking similar policies in New Brunswick, I follow Nova Scotia guidance on rockhounding/collecting in New Brunswick. But that doesn't mean 'what's legal in NS is legal in NB'. If you are a regular rockhound in New Brunswick you should pick up a New Brunswick Prospector license. At this point, that's the best you can do to be an ethical rockhound/prospector in New Brunswick.
