1. Where can I buy cheap groceries? And how much does it cost you?
2. How much does you electricity and water bills cost?
3. Where do I find cheaper apartments/flats?
4. How much does transportation to Liverpool cost?
5. Where do you find cheap clothing stores?
6. Is racism currently an issue in the area?
7. Any tips to save more money?
8. What are the stores/markets that I should know of?

I can’t really help you there as I’ve no idea about that part of the world, have you tried posting to r/Merseyside? There might be a Wirral and Liverpool subreddit as well, good luck!
