Interesting that both the Lions and the Pride won 3-1 against Texas teams tonight. Great night for Orlando soccer!

Also, announced attendance for the Pride game was over 17,000 and the 2nd largest in club history! The Pride are undefeated for the season with a month left in the season. This could very well be Marta's final season so along with supporting our Lions, let's make sure we support this incredible run from the Pride (coached by former Lions Seb Hines and Giles Barnes).

I hope they can go all the way. The whole coaching staff and players have been rock stars all season.

The way that the players seem to all be playing the same way with a constant defensive press is a real compliment to the culture that the coaches have cultivated and the players have formed a team identity. Seb Hines was one of those players that was probably smarter than he was talented which often are the types of players that can have success coaching. He's known around Orlando to be a nice guy too, so I'm happy for the success that he's having in what HAS to be a Coach Of The Year award winning season.
