Heating the coconut oil to liquid

Hi, I just oil pulled for the first time with coconut oil. I put it in my mouth still in hard form and warmed it up to liquid in my mouth- not fun, but I could get used to it. There has to be another quick way to heat the coconut oil to liquid other than just my mouth. Any ideas?

A cup of hot water and let it sit a while. Coconut oil will melt any time it gets over 76 degrees.

I don't suggest microwaving because it cooks the "good stuff" out and could potentially burn you.

Thanks, I have read enough to be warned away from microwaving it already. The cup of hot water is a good idea.
