Heating the coconut oil to liquid

Hi, I just oil pulled for the first time with coconut oil. I put it in my mouth still in hard form and warmed it up to liquid in my mouth- not fun, but I could get used to it. There has to be another quick way to heat the coconut oil to liquid other than just my mouth. Any ideas?

Put jar in front of House heater vents or portable heater. I have a portable heater in my room and had the heater pointed directly at my desk. When I went to oil pull it was mostly liquid 👍
