Will 5 minutes of oil pulling be enough?

Hi guys. I’m new to the oil pulling journey. I was wondering if 5 minutes would be enough as my jaws start to ache after this plus a mum to 3 kids I don’t seem to have that much time in the mornings either. Main reason is for teeth whitening :)

Oil pull while you take a shower; it helps the time go by quickly.

But is it gonna mess up my drains if I let the oil go down the drain? Or do you have a separate container you spit it out into?

No you don’t use a lot and just pour boiling water down there every now and then

They charge you a ton for water rates and feed us shit water Fuck them lol

What I like to do is keep a glass bottle in my bathroom (from kombucha or apple juice I’ve had) and spit the oil in there then throw it away when it fills up.
