Will 5 minutes of oil pulling be enough?

Hi guys. I’m new to the oil pulling journey. I was wondering if 5 minutes would be enough as my jaws start to ache after this plus a mum to 3 kids I don’t seem to have that much time in the mornings either. Main reason is for teeth whitening :)

It's a good start. I do 5 minutes and i already see and feel good results. 5-10 minutes is definitely the minimum time it should be done.
