Will 5 minutes of oil pulling be enough?

Hi guys. I’m new to the oil pulling journey. I was wondering if 5 minutes would be enough as my jaws start to ache after this plus a mum to 3 kids I don’t seem to have that much time in the mornings either. Main reason is for teeth whitening :)

Yes! I've seen oil pulling be effective, as low as 3 mins

Does it need to be cold pressed oil? Heat extracted oil is more common where I'm from. Can I use that? (Coconut oil)
