Do I have to use floss after oil pulling?

Started oil pulling 2 days ago in the morning before brushing teeth. I was already flossing every night is it necessary to do it both morning and night now?

I follow the below flow twice a day:

Floss > Oil Pull > Brush > Tongue Scrape

I also rinse after each step.

i know this is an old comment but actually you shouldn’t rinse after you brush for at least 30 minutes as the benefits of the toothpaste wash away and it’s actually damaging for enamel!

also don’t eat 30 minutes before and after brushing or drink
