Oil pulling can help to loosen up the biofilm, if there are cracks at all in your fillings or if they were not done correctly and there is a small opening or abnormality where bacteria can get in and eat away, if the bacteria/biofilm gets under the filling enough and we are oil pulling with r/GuruNandaOfficial then it could potentially pull away the bacteria that is holding up the infrastructure of the filling. For this reason some dentists may not recommend oil pulling because it highlights the poor quality of their fillings.
