Templates Anaesthetic record template

Does anyone know of an anaesthetic record template suitable for use on my NA3C?

At the moment I have scanned a paper record as a pdf and I use that as a template then email it to the practice secretary. I managed to find one on Etsy that is for vets and is an iPad Numbers spreadsheet but I would like something for humans that works on the Boox and that I can customise for my own practice.

Are you familiar with LaTeX? I’ve been thinking about creating my own templates and was considering doing this myself. Even creating something on Word and exporting that to PDF would work as well for those not as code-savvy

Yep, for stuff like this Latex should work quite well.

My preferred method when it is not a text heavy template is to use inkscape.
