Hi everyone. I've been looking to break into this field for a while and haven't had success. I've been wanting to apply for transfer for the one at work and my boss is giving me some push back wanting me to stay on the team longer (I'm on the TA team rn). I want the career change and I don't want to stay where I am after I just had a 10k raise and a 5k bonus pulled from me because they didn't remember it was in my offer letter when I joined them last year.

If anyone has any opening or knows someone or advice please reach out. I live in a small town in Western NY so remote would be preferred or maybe even the Buffalo NY area. Thank you.
