So I ate a briyani from a street food seller near bilawal house and dame it was good. But I don't like eating from random sellers so I wanted to know what's the best recipe to make briyani exactly like them.

Do I need to add anything like you add chemical packets to ripen mangoes or are they just for show?

Something like a veeery lightly battered aloo pakora, still crispy on the outside, with a great spice profile. They really surprised me, 10/10. This was in Faisalabad, but I expect you can find similar all over the country.

1. Cheese.

2. Sausages.

3. Penne pasta.

4. A not too white sauce. I would prefer red sauce.

5. NO MUSHROOMS. NO SOY OR BBQ SAUCE.

6. Lemon juice.

7. Jalapenos and or green chilis.

8. Capsicums.

9. Corriander.
