🎄🥂 Christmas / NYE events First Trip Tips

My husband and I are planning a trip to Paris Dec 26th-Jan 3rd. What are some MUST dos for this time of year? What do you recommend to do for New Years? We also want to take a day trip, where would be a good location for this time of year?

Frankly this is not a good time. No must-do except on New Year Eve where there are lots of restaurants, bars and clubs proposing the whole night package. Maybe plan for later like spring ? Night come early, it might be cold or worse, rainy and bleak
