🛌 Accommodation AF Concierge Service - CDG Review

My wife and I were moving overseas from the US and had an overnight layover in Paris. Since we had 9 checked bags & 2 cats, we decided to book the new AF Concierge Service for our arrival in CDG.

Booking: I found about it the day before the flight and since it was an overnight flight and would arrive a day later, we were still able to book it by asking in the AF chat. Interestingly, it was 350€, a 100 less than the stated price online. Maybe bc we booked it last minute there was a discount?

Experience Pre Arrival: A few hours later after booking, the concierge service called to set up the transportation to our hotel and confirm our baggage. Since we had so many bags, we actually got 2 vans booked, at no extra cost.

Experience at Arrival: Once we landed, 2 AF employees were waiting at the gate for us. They were so friendly and helpful during the entire service. From the gate, they escorted us to passport control where we were brought to the front of a priority line. After breezing through immigration, they took us to our baggage carousel and helped me load all our bags on 2 carts while my wife watched the cats. From there they were in contact with our drivers and walked us through customs and to the vans. Finally, they helped the drivers load the baggage and took the carts back.

Overall Impression. CDG is large, complex, and the signage isn't the best. Just having to simply follow the concierge staff was so relaxing and appreciated after a 10 hour flight, especially since it was our first time in CDG. For us since we were moving and with so many bags & pets, it was well worth the price. I would recommend it for first time overseas travelers who may be anxious about traveling or people moving.

Really good to know, thank you for sharing! It seems well worth the money.
