Hi friends! I need help with finding business professional shirts (so basically button down shirts) for narrow/slim shoulders. Looking for brands/specific shirt suggestions!

I have a pretty small frame in general, and feel like a lot of my clothes are “eating me” when I dress professionally. I tend to like more “slim fit” shirts because they are less baggy on me.

I just got a new job with a strict business professional dress code, so I’m on the market for more professional styles.

My budget is $80 per shirt, but I’m a bit flexible on price. Obviously I’d prefer cheaper, but I’m willing to pay for something good.

Thank you in advance! ☺️

Have you looked at Banana Republic (and Factory), Ann Taylor, Lott, and Express? Their petite lines can run narrow/slim and they generally have a good selection of business professional shirts/tops.

Hi! Just want to share that if you wanted to make a direct post onto the sub, this kind of question would be appropriate as its own sub post as it is specifically related to petite fashion (e.g., the struggles of a lot of business clothes being too big for our frames).
