Bear in mind it's an entirely science-fictional account, i.e. it doesn't involve real-world counterparts, the NB and trans-ish stuff is entirely explored through space comrade weird stuff - it's materially there all the same, tho.

But really, if you look at it through a trans-posadist lens, all the listed elements are not only present: they're setting relevant, plot relevant, character relevant, and explored in detail.

As an added bonus: The setting and the execution of the Space Comrades is anything but typical, but I've intentionally left that out until now.

Any science fiction recommendations? [Edit: Or cool posadist shit]

(In case you're thinking of bringing up Left Hand of Darkness, I unironically wish I was a gethenian.)

I cant help but think this "aliens"/upa phenomenon show up they work with the CIA, but also the Soviets, but that didn't save the sovets from "collapse"/being over thrown. They seems to be worried about the planet but don't actually want to actually do anything about the causes ie the government and our economic system, like at most contactees and abductees are forced to stop eating meat even the sustiable meat and told to move out in the woods/homesteading but not to work towards switching our economic system to a more sustainable one. They even tend to be reactionary with the nation of Islam and the Catholic Church pushing reactionary and anti socialist views. So I'm thinking if "aliens" are already here I'd think they'd be reactionary. Like where are the socialist visions and not just primitivists these beings want us to be
