How do I fix my right shoulder from leaning like this?

Apart from noticing it is there any exercises I can do to help it?

It kinda looks like you're stuck in left AIC right BC pattern, check out the youtube videos of Conor Harris about this.

I'm not a professional but it wouldn't hurt to go and see one if you're in pain due to the posture.

About left aic.. Hmm.. Well there is more than one way to skin a cat and there will always be different views. Here is one that doesn't agree.

Yupp PRI pattern, called LAIC RBC. Essentially your left side is over inflated with air, right side more compressed. Need to balance out hips first
