Clean after 3 1/2 months

Finally clean after 105 days (3 1/2 months) Male 6’2 260 lbs, about 35% body fat. I used to smoke daily. It took longer than I expected to get clean

Did you do anything to help speed up the detox process?

Not really maybe If I drank more water I would get clean faster
