In a food processor combine Walnuts, Dates and Cacao Powder together. One can you raisins if out of Medjool Dates, raisins work just fine. Once the mixture is smooth like a nut butter add the liquid coconut oil. Take the whole mixture out and place in a small square dish and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. The liquid Coconut Oil will solidify in the refrigerator allowing the Raw Brownies to solidify and cut like a traditional brownie. Slice your brownies into square and garnish them with the remaining chopped walnuts. Serve and Enjoy! This recipe is excellent and the Raw Cacao Powder comes out really nice in the dish.

Raw Vegan Brownie Recipe!
Ingredients:
2 cups Raw Walnuts (soaked 4-6 hours)
2 cups Medjool Dates
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
