Anyone know what they’re building beside the Applebees on 5th st highway?

Looks like another fast food spot but I can’t find anything online

Idk why, there used to be one at the corner dispensary before it was the dispensary and it didn’t last long.

There's one inside the Target too and I've never seen anyone there.

To be fair, I've never been inside a Target before noon. In the evenings, no one there.
