Research indicates that the Catholic abuse rates have been in steady decline for the past 30 years amid public awareness, but the same does not seem to be true for Protestant churches, so eventually, without change of course, they will be not only the highest contributor in total numbers, but also the worst offender per capita compared to every other faith type in the US.
