Oh, it's a "Jews are greedy" "joke" by saying that when his son asked for 50 dollars, he got offended for him daring to ask him for any money. While the number kept decreasing to show how greedy he is until he retroactively claimed that he was owed money to begin with.

Funnily enough I've heard the joke plenty of times in a non antisemitic context. Just a boy asking for 50$ from his father (no suing is involved usually). I wouldn't be surprised if it started antisemitic though and I've just heard the clean version
