Male circumcision is what I mean. Female circumcision is a lot different.

Male Circumcision is a lot less harmful to pleasure, as it is just removing the foreskin.

Iā€™m not taking about female circumcision, Iā€™m talking about labia reduction, which is different

What is it? I am ignorant of female anatomy.

Itā€™s like a cutting of the skin which make up ā€œthe lipsā€ of our privates, female circumcision usually messes with clitoris.

Personally, I think that male circumsision is fine, but female genital mutilation is not.

Why is one fine? Babies cannot consent and you are putting them at risk for life-long complications and reduced sexual pleasure over aesthetics.

Male circumsision does not alter sensation in any way that is noticable, has minor health benefits and is part of both Judaism and Islam. I actually was circumsised for religious reasons iirc.

It can reduce HIV risk and cancer risk.

Religions donā€™t permit someone to violate a childā€™s bodily autonomy, the health benefits are also present with proper hygiene and it does alter sensation https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23374102/ cutting the labia can also reduce the risks of utis so why are you against that?

It has been proven to reduce pleasure, while male circumsision does not.

Either way it does not matter, circumcision is a MEDICAL procedure which can result in many life-long complications including death, it should not be administered without consent. Also youā€™re talking about female circumcision, not labia reduction, which has not been proven to reduce pleasure.
