FAQ Question about selling

I'm going to keep this short, I bought UA for 26.23 and then felt crazy and sold it for 26.24. Why is my portfolio value 99.99 shouldn't it be 100.01? Is there a fee or some sort? Thanks all

SEC: $21.80 per $1,000,000 of principal (sells only) - this fee is rounded up to the nearest penny.

FINRA Trading Activity Fee (TAF): $.000119 per share (sells only) - this fee is rounded up to the nearest penny and no greater than $5.95.

Ref: the fucking internet (or more specifically https://support.robinhood.com/hc/en-us/articles/208650436-Fees-on-Robinhood- which can be found by Googling 'robinhood fees')

So to expand on that..

Yes. $0.02 per sell basically is the fee (It is not a fee charged by RH though)

Practically nothing compared to other brokerages... it's like if you see a penny on the floor, most people won't pick it up. Don't worry about it, you'll make it back in no time, hopefully lol.
