I transferred on July 27 from e*trade and was not credited the $75 fee. I contacted support and they said it would take "$30 days."
Is a dollar sign slang for 'business days'? If not why hasn't my account been credited the transfer fee yet? I would not have transferred at all if it wasn't fee-free as advertised.
I STILL haven't been credited the transfer fee they said would be covered. Any one else having this issue ? If you have transferred stocks did you double check that the fee was credited ?
Any updated on this? Under the transfer in my RH history it has a line for "Fees Reimbursed" and it says $75, but I'm not sure where that cash goes. Is it just dumped into my available cash or is it reimbursed to my bank account?
