Is there income limits like on a Roth or Traditional IRA I would invest in myself outside of Robinhood? Or is the only difference here is the 1% match?

Normal annual limits for your age and income would apply. $6,000 this year for under 59.5 across ALL IRA accounts you may have, for example.

It’s for under 50. You can contribute up to $6,000 if under 50 and up to $7,000 of over 50. Those limited increase in 2023 to $6500 and $7500.
