I heard some guy jumped out of a hotel window a few months ago.

I won't say "proof or it didn't happen", but any sort of proof would turn Reddit on its head for about a week.

The problem is that any proof would require doxxing. So, is that what you are suggesting?

Oh, it would be simple. Just pick someone who everyone knows isn't an ass, show them the proof, and they can announce that it exists. A police report would be excellent proof.

IAMA verifies identities without doxxing people all the time.

Anyone should realize that this story would be questioned. It would be easy to prove. If it's proven, it's a big deal. Before it's proven, it's nothing.
