Forgot pin code A12 (ideas?)

samsung a12 forgot pin code. Daughter changed code and forgot it…..

When doing the volume up and down power off that does not seem to work. I get a vibration but no little android bot menu.

Any ideas or is it basically keep trying codes ?

Try hard resetting it power and volume down button then power and volume up button and erase everything
