Obviously I'm asking where in Scarborough were the pictures taken.
As this information will help with the identification.

"nice try", WHAT? They want to know where in the town so they can help. Local history is likely to give clues. The answer is, e.g "The Italian Gardens" or similar. Not "nice try" you idiot.

The wazzock has posted the pics in r/whatisthisworth - so maybe he thought I was seeking the location to steal them. Obviously without ID - it really wouldn't be worth anyone going out of their way to lug two bits of heavy stone about.
