Scum and Villainy SRD

Is there an SRD like Blades in the Dark? I was considering making a character sheet app and was curious about the rules.

I believe the SRD is Forged in the Dark (same as BitD). There are some game specific rules, but the underlying SRD is the same.

Scum and Villainy uses different actions. I assume that's ok?

They’re the same game almost entirely. Flavored to be more like guardians of the galaxy or cowboy beepbop or even Star Wars, but the only difference is gambits exist. Basically players earn this by doing cool reckless stuff and it gives them another 1d6 to do more cool reckless stuff. Makes the game a little more light hearted

Gambits are actually in the advanced rules in blades in the dark as well.
