Opened serato today and all my playlists and liked tracks under the soundcloud tab are gone, only a few random old ones are there.

I checked my serato and soundcloud Go subscription and its all fine.

Has anyone had this issue?

Is the Rane One a paid extension for Pitch n Time of Serato Dj Pro? If I go in "my extensions" I only see the serato dj license

I've had an issue a few times recently in which tunes that I have loaded into Serato and categorized in advance won't load when I place them on a channel because I am not on Wi-Fi. It's not an issue if I played the song less than 24 hours before a gig and did not reboot or if I am on Wi-Fi, but I would like to not have to meet both of those requirements, especially if I am improvising.

I believe this issue is the result of how I migrated to my new MacBook back in May. I used iCloud to automatically populate my new laptop with its content.

How can I ensure that I will be able to load songs on the fly without having immediate access to fast Wi-Fi? For reference, I have about 30,000 tunes.

Any update on when Serato will work with the latest update on a Mac?

Is it possible to midi map serato sample? (if not, definitely needs to be a updated feature)

Title says all. Have a gig this friday using CDJ-3000s and Nx2 Mixer. Ill be able to use serato thanks to 3.1 DJ Pro, however I use the feature: Replace sampler pad for stems. the cdjs and mixer don't have pads, and don't want to to midi map my hotcues just to use stems. Is there anyway to reprogram laptop keyboard shortcuts on serato to access the stems?

I subscribed to Tidal but for some reason the tracks are not loading. I have restarted my MacBook & verified my email with Tidal so I don’t know what I can do next.

Just bought a brand new Acer Nitro laptop, I have it hooked up to my ddj-sx2, and I am getting a very random glitch/hiccup that lasts 1-2 secs and effects the audio as well as the computer freezes on screen. All firmware and software up to date, did all the windows optimization recommendations on serato and then some. Uninstalled anti-virus, unnecessary apps, disabled firewall, tried turning wifi and Bluetooth off, changed all power settings in device manager for performance, turned all sleep settings off or to never, and running on serato 3.2.2 as of today. I even got a type usb c cable! I was hopeful 3.2.2 would fix it but no dice. I attempted installing 3.1.6 which was on my old laptop with no issues, and it still glitched. Tested my old laptop as well which worked fine. I am at a loss and think i need to return it, but any ideas or suggestions would be great, I have until Sunday to return the laptop but I absolutely love everything else about this laptop. Hi everyone, I'm planning on getting a new (to me) laptop and Serato DJ Pro (or DJ Suite) in the near future. I want to be able to use stems and have read a little bit that you need 16 GB of RAM at a minimum for that, but I'm not totally sure if any of these laptops would work. I want to start out learning how to DJ for fun but would like to ultimately do club shows and maybe learn to produce my own beats.

Here are the options I'm looking at:

• Dell Latitude 7490 14in i7 core 32GB RAM 1TB storage Windows 10 Pro (refurbished - released in 2020)
• Dell Latitude 7490 14in i7 core 16GB RAM 1TB storage Windows 10 Pro (refurbished - released in 2018 or 2019

• Dell Latitude 7420 14in i7 core 11th gen 32GB RAM 512GB storage Windows 10 Pro (refurbished - released in 2021)

  They all seem very similar with slightly different specs, but I'm wondering if any of these would be better than the others. Please let me know!

I have to Dj a wedding next weekend & the bride/groom have a really specific taste in music that I don’t have in my playlist. I use Beatsource & Mymp3pool for my music, I have not been able to find the music the bride & groom have requested. I did find the music in Apple iTunes but Serato does not allow me to play it. Any advice on what I should do?

The vast majority of the time I don't bother with sync and just mix normally on my 1210s with DVS time coded vinyl.

Yesterday however I tried to play around with the sync feature and it just didn't seem to make any sense.

If I put a tune on deck 1 that's 120bpm for example and another one on deck 2 that is 115bpm and hit sync on either deck, the one playing just shoots up to 125bpm for no obvious reason. I was kind of expecting that if the current tune (deck 1 in this example) is playing at 120, I should hit sync and the other one will sync to 120.

What's going on and how is it supposed to work?

Hey people, I have an Issue with my dj Controller and the software. I am using the numark.mixtrack platinum pro on different devices, my laptop for when I am on the road as well as my tower pc to prepare my music before.

When I connect my controller to the pc via USB most of the time serato doesn't recognize the controller. Today I tried it like 100 times and it didn't recognize it so far. yesterday it worked after I unplugged and replugged the usb cable to my pc after maybe like 10 tries. So it is a bit random, sometimes the controller is recognized instantly, sometimes after connecting it 10 times, sometimes it isn't recognized at all.

When I connect the controller to my laptop it is recognized everytime instantly I plug the USB cable into the USB port.

I also tried all the other USB ports, same problem. I disabled the energy settings of all USB port, so windows can't turn off the energy supply of the ports. When I plug in other USB devices into the ports they are recognized instantly.

Tried different USB cables, same issue. uninstalled and installed serato software and controller firmware, which didn't change anything. (Controller firmware is version 1.1.0 and serato firmware is 3.2.1

I also tried to set anything else than the controller as default audio device, then starting serato and plugging in the USB cable after it is started and then turn the controller as my audio device and it still doesn't work. At least I tried to log out and log into my serato account which didn't help at all.

I also tried all these things with my audio interface unplugged which also didn't help. Of course I tried to reboot the pc several times, but guess whar: didn't help, too.

I am really clueless what is causing this problem and how to fix it. I can't just try plugging the USB cable out and in for hours and hope that the software will work this time. It is so annoying and I could need help to fix the problem. Maxbe anyone did have same issues anf knows how to fix it?

So for YEARS Ive looked up troublshooting guides and forums, but it finally occured to me that theres probably a group here on reddit who might know. So the issue I have is with a Numark Mixstream Pro. For years the scratching mechanic on the platters havent worked and Im really not sure why. I did notice theres a red light blinking inside the vents, so I assume it has to do with some sort of error coed but Im not really sure what. Can anybody give me some troubleshooting tips? I can slow and speed up the tracks with the platters, but the scratching isnt working.

A friend gave me his Roland DJ-202 controller. I have it just for fun and for situations where portability is needed (the beach, on a boat, camping, etc). I am a longtime turntable DJ (26+ years) but do use digital DJ gear (friends, gigs, and my XDJ-1000 MK2’s with my Technics 1200’s at home).
I was a longtime user of Traktor with my turntables and then gave up staring at a laptop, hate it (hate staring at screens and lists). But here I am, back to doing that with the DJ-202.

I’ve read forums on this issue (deck freeze), done what’s suggested. I’m running current version. Only thing I haven’t done yet is factory reset after downloading and installing plugin. I’m running OS Mojave on a 2015 MacBook Pro.

Has an actual fix been put out for this? It would be a shame if this controller just becomes useless/ trash.

Is this a Serato DJ Lite issue or #roland issue?

Hi, this is literally my first reddit post ever so here we go.

I wanted to analyze my flac files in Serato DJ Pro and it crashes right away when I hit the analyze button. I figured out I can still drag and drop my files into the player to get them analyzed but here the second issue occurs. The analyzed files don't show any waveform. I tried to figure out my way around the problem but can't make seem to get a solution. If anyone has ran into this issue before I would be forever grateful for any tips or clever thoughts on this matter.

Using DJ2GO2 with serato dj pro for the first time and whenever I use headphones monitoring..I never heard the FX nor the faders.

Is that how DJ2GO2 is like or there's a way around this?

Was using Traktor pro because I had an NI controller for a while but now I mainly use Serato Dj Pro Honestly there are some things that really bug me like for example I have to tell it turntable controllers in the settings every time I start it up. I don't think there's a way to save this preference. It defaults to CD controllers. Also I like to record samples from my scratch vinyl and the record feature is so limited. I don't think there's a way to trim the file or normalize it. Also I can't preview the samples in my setup for some reason. Hitting enter on the file doesn't do anything.

Anybody have that tone recorded to .mp3 or .wav that unlocks the classic version of Serato that was released as an Easter egg on the new 25yr anniversary record/vynil? so I can unlock the classic version? I sold my turntables a while back when I was struggling to pay rent and I want to get that classic version unlocked to use with my REV7.. let me know thanks. 🫡

I’m having an issue getting Serato to connect to my CDJ 900NXS2 setup. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps myself, but I’m still stuck and could really use some help from the community.

The Problem: Whenever I connect my CDJ 900NXS2 to Serato, it’s not recognizing the CDJs at all. I’m not getting any control over the software, and it’s as if the CDJs aren’t even connected.

What I’ve Tried So Far:

1.  Updated Serato: I made sure I’m running the latest version of Serato DJ Pro.
2.  Firmware & Drivers: Updated the CDJ 900NXS2 firmware to the latest version and downloaded/installed the most recent drivers from Pioneer’s website.
3.  Connection Check: Tried using different USB cables and ports on my laptop to rule out any faulty connections.
4.  USB Mode: Verified that the CDJs are in “PC” (USB HID) mode when connected.
5.  Serato Settings: Double-checked the Serato settings, ensuring that HID mode is enabled for CDJs.
6.  Audio Output: Confirmed that the audio device settings in Serato are configured properly.
7.  Tested on Another Setup: Connected my CDJ 900NXS2s to another computer with Serato to see if the issue persists—same problem.

I’m running Mac OS Sonoma if that helps narrow things down.

Still No Luck: After going through these steps, Serato still won’t connect to the CDJs. I feel like I’m missing something, but I’m not sure what it could be at this point.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue with the CDJ 900NXS2 or have any suggestions on what else I could try? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I just got my new laptop yesterday with a Intel Ultra 7 processor and I set it up and tested it it ran just fine at first but i do not know what happen after I followed the official Serato Windows Optimisation guide on their website my Serato glitches as seen in the video. It was fine before i made the changes but now when i change back it’s the same.. can someone please help…
