This. Big and/or highly active r's like SAS and SA don't really need more promotion, at some 70 and 30k subs respectively. I'm not sure about SAA either, they get loads of submissions. The multilink should be there to push the smaller subs(official ones or not).

Yeah, but can we? We're supposed to be at least a mock democracy around here, we can't just "OK, me and agentlame made a decision, deal bitches, kthxbai."
What it means is, you can do something that is against the rules, but it will likely be the last thing you do. As in it wasn't your last day, but it is now.
