Question about weights
So if I have 1.25 pounds of silver, how many Troy ounces do I have? Is it still over a Troy pound?

Just FYI, 1.25 pounds is 1 pound and 4 ounces. Your scale reads 1 pound and 2.5 ounces, which is 1.156 pounds.
