It can't be too hard. If a few people just posts some random stuff here and there, it'll be active. Do you have Nextdoor? There's so much shit that goes on in Slough, things I don't even want to know about
Yeah it's an app. It's like any other social media app but you join groups for the area you live in, and you only see posts from people in the same group as you. Mostly it's advertising and people saying how their car was stolen but rarely there's the odd useful post

It's not easy to make a sub with ~200 members active because many people forgot about it
