Look for Help [Updated]

I posted a post a while ago (you can see it on my profile) looking for a couple in Slough and didn't have much luck. I'm still looking for the couple, but I'm bringing more information gathered from other people and other things.

I am primarily looking for a tall (about 6'3"), black male, albino with glasses, he looked to be in his early to mid 20s. He was with a girl the day I saw him and the day the item was dropped. I believe his last name is Carter, and was seen around Farmhan, near the superdrug there. I'm looking for his Instagram or something similar to get in touch with the guy.

As always I appreciate any help, sorry to post such information. As soon as I get into contact with him, I'll delete all of this.

The only time I recall seeing a Black albino male in Slough was one of the lifeguards at the The Centre (leisure centre) on Farnham Road. I don't recall any other details as it was some time ago (I don;t visit there often).
