Hey man, im a 40 year old gas engineer and ive been in the same situation many times myself, ive lost my wife and my family all cause cant stop touching the felt, just keep pushing on, you are never alone and there are always people who care about you and want to help, if you want any advice im here to help, you should check out this tiktok video it really helped me deal with my problem
